Hung Tze Jan, Chairman
Hung Tze, Jan was born in NanTou County, Taiwan, in 1956 and graduated from National Taiwan University – Department of Economics. With over 30 years’ experiences in the media/publishing sector, he is currently the managing director of the Cite Publishing Group Ltd. He used to work in The United Daily, The China Times, Yuan-Liou Publishing Co and Business Weekly. He has been involved in planning and editing more than 1,000 books. He has also founded more than 30 magazines such as 'PC Home' and ' Business Next.' Both Mr. Jan and Mr. Lee have devoted themselves to Internet business since 1996 and they are the co-founders of PChome Inc. in 1998. They are playing important roles in developing Internet and e-commerce business frameworks in Taiwan. |

Arthur Lee, CEO
Arthur Lee was born in ChiaYi County, Taiwan, in 1963 and graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology - Department of Industrial Management. He began his career in the mass communication media sector of Business Weekly and Foresee Magazine; after that, the world biggest PC publication company, IDG- Taiwan division recognised his talents and appointed him to be the chief editor and vice publisher for two of their many popular magazines, Computer World Weekly and Windows World. He is now the CEO of PChome Online and also the publisher for PChome and PC Shopper weekly magazines. |

Vincent Hsieh, Chief Operation Officer
Vincent Hsieh born in Changhwua county, Taiwan, in 1963, and graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology - Department of Industrial Management. He used to work in Acer Group and Quanta Computer Inc. in Taiwan, and also stationed in Europe for several years. He was appointed as a vice general manager for the Acer Group – Europe Division, and then the vice general manager for Quanta Computer Inc. in Europe to expand European market and to advance the conglomerate operating efficiency for these two companies. He was also PChome Online’s vice general manager in e-commerce service, and the general manager for NetForce Inc. |
